Bir dağ kulübesinde doğup büyüyen Dicle, acımasız abilerinin baskısı yüzünden adeta tutsak bir hayat sürmektedir. Annesiyle yaşadığı kulübenin bahçesinden öteye hiç çıkmamış, dünyaya çok yabancı kalmıştır. Bir gün bölgede yaşanan deprem nedeniyle yolu, İstanbul’daki konforlu hayatını geride bırakıp vicdan borcuyla askerliğini yapan Erkan’la kesişir. Kader, Dicle ve Erkan’ın yolunu dökülen kanla bağlar ve Erkan, Dicle’yi töre cinayetinden korumak için onunla evlenmek zorunda kalır. Dicle, saf kalbiyle bu evliliği gerçek sanırken, Erkan’ı askerden dönüşünde ailesinin planladığı başka bir evlilik beklemektedir. Erkan, hayatını kurtarmak için okuma yazma dahi bilmeyen Dicle’yi İstanbul’a götürmek zorundadır. Dicle, İstanbul’daki yepyeni dünya karşısında bocalarken, Erkan ailesine bu zoraki evliliği nasıl açıklayacaktır?
Dicle, who was born and raised in a mountain cabin, lives almost like a captive under the harsh control of her cruel older brothers. Having never stepped beyond the garden of the cabin she shares with her mother, she remains deeply unfamiliar with the outside world. One day, after an earthquake strikes the region, her path crosses with Erkan, who has left behind his comfortable life in Istanbul to complete his military service out of a sense of duty. Fate binds Dicle and Erkan together through bloodshed, and Erkan is forced to marry her to protect her from an honor killing. While Dicle, with her pure heart, believes this marriage is real, another marriage arranged by Erkan’s family awaits him when he returns from the army. To save her life, Erkan must take Dicle, who cannot even read or write to Istanbul. As Dicle struggles to adapt to this completely new world, Erkan must also face the challenge of explaining this forced marriage to his family.
Dicle, que nasceu e cresceu em uma cabana na montanha, leva uma vida praticamente de cativeiro devido à opressão de seus irmãos cruéis. Nunca saiu além do jardim da cabana onde vive com sua mãe e permaneceu muito distante do mundo. Um dia, devido a um terremoto ocorrido na região, seu caminho se cruza com o de Erkan, que deixou para trás a vida confortável em Istambul e cumpre o serviço militar movido por um senso de dever moral. O destino une Dicle e Erkan por meio do sangue derramado, e Erkan é obrigado a se casar com Dicle para protegê-la de um assassinato por honra. Enquanto Dicle acredita que esse casamento é real, Erkan, ao retornar do serviço militar, encontra outra união planejada por sua família à sua espera. Para salvar a vida dela, Erkan é obrigado a levar Dicle, que sequer sabe ler ou escrever, para Istambul. Diante desse novo mundo, Dicle se sente perdida, enquanto Erkan precisa explicar à família como esse casamento forçado aconteceu.
