Ferða- og matreiðsluþáttur þar sem Kristinn Guðmundsson ferðast með vini sínum, Janusi Braga Jakobssyni, og eldar fyrir hann. Að þessu sinni fara þeir félagar um Austurland þar sem Kristinn þykist vera á heimavelli því faðir hans er fæddur og uppalinn á Eskifirði. Janus er aftur á móti nánast eins og algjör túristi. Þeir hitta alls kyns fólk og lenda í ýmsu skakkaföllum en alltaf lenda þeir á fótunum og fá sér í gogginn.
