And don't forget the, picture perfect hush puppies that are soft on the inside, crunchy on the outside. Fore desert the duo heads to Memphis for a double dose of treats with real fruit-made ice pops and an award-winning chocolate pie.

Then it's on to Damaris' hometown of Louisville, Ky to chow down on Southern staples fused with Asian flavors at MilkWood. They try their housemade fried pork rinds, watermelon soup, and the chef's pan seared Grouper. Later it doesn't get any more off the beaten path than at Walls BBQ in Savannah, where an indoor open pit is grilling up mouth-watering chicken alongside ooey, gooey mac & cheese.
