Der Koch aus der Region präsentiert unserem Promikoch zwei seiner beliebtesten Spezialitäten. Dieser verkostet die Gerichte und muss sie lediglich auf der Grundlage des einmaligen Probierens möglichst identisch nachkochen. Am Ende kürt eine ortsansässige Jury den Sieger, indem sie das ihnen bekannte Gericht des lokalen Kochs mit dem des Spitzenkochs vergleicht. (Text: ZDF)
