Maid café waitress Rumiho Akiha, a.k.a. Feyris Nyan Nyan, learns about the Mobile Microwave as Rintarō discusses it with Hashida, becoming very interested in it. Later, Rintarō discovers that the IBN-5100 has gone missing, as if they never found it in the first place, most likely as a result of Moeka's D-Mail. After learning that the IBN-5100 had been previously taken from Ruka's shrine, Rintarō finds Moeka in town, but she doesn't know where the IBN-5100 is either. Rintarō also finds out that Ruka's D-Mail has caused Mayuri to know Moeka in this timeline. Rintarō, Hashida and Mayuri go to see Rumiho, whose family owns Akihabara and originally donated the IBN-5100 to the shrine. She offers them a replacement in exchange for being allowed to send a D-Mail ten years into the past. As history is changed again, the IBN-5100 was never donated to the shrine and, more disturbingly, the face of Akihabara has completely changed, no longer being a mecca for anime.

フェイリスに「過去にメールを送る」話を聞かれてしまった岡部とダル。その後、岡部は円卓会議にて「電話レンジ（仮）」を使った物理的タイムトラベルの可能性に言及するが、紅莉栖に否定される。その後、SERNへのハッキング状況をダルに確認した岡部は、ラボからIBN5100がなくなっていることに気付く。これまでに送ったDメールによって過去が少しずつ改変され、IBN5100を手に入れていないという歴史が紡がれてしまったのだ。岡部は再び IBN5100を入手しようとするが、奉納されていたはずの柳林神社にそのレトロPCはもうなかった。IBN5100の持ち主を知るフェイリスに話を聞こうと、彼女の自宅に向かった岡部たち。フェイリスはその情報と引き替えに、10年前に1通のDメールを送らせてほしいと交換条件を出してきた。やむを得ず承諾した岡部がDメールを送らせると、リーディング・シュタイナーが発動。目の前には、さっきまでいなかったはずのフェイリスの父がいた。そして、フェイリスの家を出た岡部たちを待っていた光景は──萌え系の店がまったく見あたらない電気街・秋葉原の姿であった。
원탁회의를 에서 '가칭 전화 레인지' 를 통한, 물리적인 시간 여행을 제시하는 오카베. 하지만 그것은 즉시 크리스에 의해 부정되어 버리고... 다른 가능성을 알아보기 위하여 SERN의 해킹 진행 상황을 확인하던 오카베는 그제서야 어떤 충격적인 사실에 다다르게 되는데...
한편, 과거로 문자메세지를 보낼수 있는 '가칭 전화 레인지'의 존재를 알게 된 페이리스는 어떤 생각에 잠겨 있었다.
La camarera Rumiho Akiha, alias Feyris Nyan Nyan, se entera sobre el microondas móvil cuando Rintarō discute con Hashida en el restaurante y se interesa mucho en eso. Más tarde, Rintarō descubre que el IBN-5100 ha desaparecido, como si nunca lo hubieran encontrado, muy probablemente como resultado del D-Mail de Moeka. Después de saber que el IBN-5100 había sido tomado anteriormente del santuario de Ruka, Rintarō encuentra a Moeka en la ciudad, pero ella tampoco sabe dónde está el IBN-5100. También se entera de que el D-Mail de Ruka ha causado que Mayuri conozca a Moeka en esta línea de tiempo. Rintarō, Hashida y Mayuri van a ver a Rumiho, cuya familia es propietaria de Akihabara y había donado inicialmente el IBN-5100 al santuario. Ella les ofrece un reemplazo a cambio de que se le permita enviar un D-mail diez años atrás. 发送过D-mail的琉华并没有看出什么变化，但冈部却发现了许多异样，在这个世界线里IBN5100根本就没有被找到，而本被大家忘记的萌郁又回到了记忆里，在菲利斯发送第9封D-mail到10年前后世界发生了更大的改变，菲利斯死去的父亲出现，而整个秋叶原从萌文化街变成了电器街，冈部意识到他们可能做了无法挽回的事情。
Окабе начинает задумываться о значительных изменениях, вызванных их экспериментами, и обнаруживается пропажа IBN 5100 из лаборатории. Единственная надежда найти компьютер ложится на плечи кошкодевочки Фейрис.
