Ms. Stoner unwittingly receives a mysterious strain of medical marijuana. The cosmic kush causes her to hotbox herself and her five house cats. Thus begins the cat-astrophe.
The stakes are higher as Ms. Stoner's ailments worsen and the cats' sentience fades. Fefe tries to get her paws on more Skunky Smoke while Baxter discovers a mysterious world and Dave meets a new friend.
In a crisis, Ms. Stoner hits the road to locate her missing cat, Dave, and gets unexpected help from the rest of her feline family. Meanwhile, Dave, trapped in the mysterious lab on the edge of town, is pulled into a "joint operation" by his old friend Hash Panda.
Science requires sacrifice... and a lot of weed. Using recovered chemicals from the top secret lab, Reggie conducts a study on the rest of his feline peers to examine its effects. Chad, Ms. Stoner's loathsome, money-grubbing nephew, weasels his way into a consultation about Ms. Stoner's plans for her inheritance, hoping to change her mind. Fefe sees a frightening vision of Ms. Stoner's possible future.
Desperate to keep their supply of Redbird going, Reginald devises a rather crappy scheme. Meanwhile, Fefe and the rest of the cats have bigger fish to fry when Ms. Stoner's nephew, Chad, shows up looking to make trouble. Left with few options, the cats work their hardest to make the best out of a Chad situation.
Time is of the essence. All paws are on deck as the cats try to thwart Chad's final attempt at defrauding Ms. Stoner. With the feline family future at stake, it will take the help of some unlikely allies to keep this New Year's night from ending up a dumpster fire.
