Tokatti and Kagura uncover a Shadow Line plot to make children unusually happy, but Kagura must also deal with the young girl Aoi who says her brother has been kidnapped by the Kuliners taking children throughout the city.

鐵鎚暗影被暗黑將軍救出後，遭將軍強押在烈車上被迫製造能滿足小孩的夢想的空間，實際上卻是要在最後破壞小孩的夢想，製造大量的黑暗，擴充烈車軍團的力量。 見到被暗黑烈車誘騙的小孩，特急者們也闖入了烈車和將軍展開戰鬥，並成功趁隙救出小孩，也正式打倒鐵鎚暗影。
