Der Wissenschaftler Elliot Quinlan hat einen Apparat konstruiert, mit dem er Erinnerungen aus den Gehirnen Verstorbener gewinnen kann. Bei einem Test kommt seine Freundin ums Leben. Nun sucht er fieberhaft nach einer Methode, sie ins Leben zurückzuholen.

Elliot thinks he has the talent for collecting thoughts from the dead. He decides to create a killer with his girlfriend but something goes terrible wrong. Elliot is now obsessed with resurrecting her which works but at the most horrible cost.
