Telluride Film Festival

Talking Movies reports from Colorado on the exclusive Telluride Film Festival, which plays an increasingly important role in launching films that go on to win Academy Awards. Among the stars interviewed is Timothée Chalamet, who appears in the cannibal love story Bones and All. There's also an interview with film-maker Laure de Clermont-Tonnere, who directed a new adaptation of Lady Chatterley's Lover starring Emma Corrin. Telluride is also big on documentaries this year, and the Talking Movies team cover Retrograde, a much-talked-about film looking at the US military's rapid withdrawal from Afghanistan in 2021.
