Shredder sheepishly reports to Krang that he has lost the First Fragment and needs Krang's help. Krang agrees and, with his hi-tech equipment, locates the Fragment just outside the city near where a traveling carnival show has pitched their tents.
Meanwhile, the Crystal Converger has led the Turtles and April to the same carnival. Before they can locate the Fragment, it is found by two small boys.

Shredder tímidamente le informa a Krang que ha perdido el primer fragmento y necesita la ayuda de Krang. Krang está de acuerdo y, con su equipo de alta tecnología, localiza el Fragmento a las afueras de la ciudad, cerca de donde un espectáculo ambulante de carnaval ha lanzado sus carpas. Mientras tanto, el Crystal Converger ha llevado a las tortugas y a April al mismo carnaval. Antes de que puedan localizar el Fragmento, lo encuentran dos niños pequeños.
