The Unknown Ninja

While watching video tapes of old battles, Raphael sees a mystery person spying on them. An alien warlord named Dregg sends his TechnoGansters to steal all the gold on Earth. The Turtles find them attacking the Federal Reserve Building and are outmatched, until a mystery person arrives. Back at the Lair, Donatello announces that the mutagen is unstable and will cause unknown effects on them. They then find the mystery person in the sewers and he reveals himself to be Carter, who in search of Splinter. Meanwhile at the Copcor Building, April sees the unveiling of the new robotic law enforcement: the Intimidators.

Mientras mira cintas de video de viejas batallas, Rafael ve a una persona misteriosa espiándolas. Un señor de la guerra alienígena llamado Dregg envía a sus TechnoGansters para robar todo el oro en la Tierra. Las Tortugas los encuentran atacando el Edificio de la Reserva Federal y son superados, hasta que llega una persona misteriosa. De vuelta en la Guarida, Donatello anuncia que el mutágeno es inestable y causará efectos desconocidos en ellos. Luego encuentran a la persona misteriosa en las alcantarillas y él se revela como Carter, que busca a Splinter. Mientras tanto, en el edificio Copcor, April ve la presentación de la nueva aplicación robótica de la ley: los Intimidadores.
