Rex, stolen God-horse of Sujan, escapes from his captors and roams the range. Rinty, a homeless dog with almost human intelligence, meets up with Rex and becomes his inseparable pal. Pasha, loyal son of Sujan, hides Rex in a barn while he goes to arrange transportation back to the island of Sujan. Bradley, popular polo player, has been keeping a watchful eye over Rex until his rightful owner shows up. Crawford, unscrupulous sportsman, learns of the hiding place of the black Arabian stallion, and sends his men to get him.
