Only Fools and Coppers

Smithy realises that Young has embarked on a foolhardy undercover mission to investigate the Radford clan and tracks her down, begging her to pull out before it's too late - but she turns a deaf ear to his pleas, putting both their lives in peril. Against her wishes, he organises a raid to rescue her, but Thatcher soon puts a spanner in the works and the pair come to blows - but Smithy manages to talk him round. Meanwhile, newlyweds Carver and Ackland return to Sun Hill, Okaro refuses to accept a caution for possession of cannabis, and arrives at work to be met by a mob of journalists baying for his blood, and Hollis and Chambers get to know one another better in the station's stationery cupboard.
