Death Of a Very Small Killer

Kimble gelingt die Flucht auf einem Fischkutter nach Mexiko. Dort erkrankt er an einer Lungenentzündung und wird in ein mexikanisches Krankenhaus geliefert. Dr. Howell, der amerikanische Leiter des Hospitals, kann ihn heilen, zwingt Kimble aber, ihm bei seinen Forschungen zu assistieren. Fleeing to Mexico, Kimble somehow contracts pnenmonia and seeks refuge at a local hospital where he is recognized by Dr. Howell, an ambitious American doctor whom is conducting reseach on menigitis. After Kimble recovers, Dr. Howell blackmails him into assisting with his research in exchange for protection from the local state police. While working with Howell's assistant, the attractive Reina Morales, Kimble soon discovers that several of the patients are being unwittingly infected and sacrificed for Howell's research purposes. Meanwhile, a persistent police sergeant, named Rodriguez, begins investigating Kimble's true idenity.

Poursuivi par la police, Richard Kimble fuit au Mexique. Il arrive dans un petit port où il contracte une méningite. Une jeune femme, le docteur Reina Morales, le fait admettre dans la clinique du docteur Howell, un ancien collègue du docteur Kimble. Howell ne tarde pas à faire chanter Kimble afin qu'il accepte de lui servir de cobaye dans la poursuite de ses recherches...
