Dan s Jackem jsou pro nekázeň na týden suspendováni. Dan jde navštívit svého informátora a zaplete se kvůli němu do velkého skandálu s uplácením ředitele věznice.

Jack and Dan are suspended for their carelessness, so Dan "borrows" from the Narcotics Division to fund an off-the-books sting. When the unauthorized activities accidentally end up financing a prison break, Jack and Dan must capture the prisoners before they get too far and anyone finds out.

Déjà suspendu pour avoir commis un impair, Dan se retrouve en plein cœur d'une sombre histoire, qui a pour protagoniste un détenu qui a tué un policier...

Dan e Jack sono sospesi per via del loro comportamento in servizio, ma Dan non si arrende e prende in 'prestito' dei fondi dalla sezione narcotici per un'altra delle sue operazioni irregolari. Ovviamente l'operazione va all'aria e i soldi presi in prestito finiscono per aiutare dei criminali a evadere di prigione.
