The world of the cavalry - Fort Laramie; the Laramie Treaty; Santa Fe Trail; Kit Carson and the Navajo, and the famous "buffalo soldiers", the African-American soldiers.

    A focus on early Native American conflicts begins this episode. Also, the process of becoming a warrior, and some of the major Native American weapons are explored. Two infamous massacres; the Minnesota Massacre, and the Sand Creek Massacre.

  • S01E04 Battle for the Northern Plains

    Some of the most famous conflicts occurred during the 1865 Winter Offensive. We learn of Red Cloud's War; Chief Roman Nose and the Cheyenne Twilight. We learn aboy the Battle of Little Big Horn, and the Wounded Knee Massacre.

    In this final episode, we learn of the Council House Fight and the Texas Rangers; Chief Buffalo Hump's War; the First Battle of Adobe Walls; the Red River War; the Desert Southwest; Cochise and the Apache Guerillas, including the most famous of them, Geronimo.
