Luo Xiaobai (罗小白 Luō Xiǎobái) is the deuteragonist of The Legend of Luo Xiaohei. She is a young girl who took in the elfin Xiaohei after mistaking him for a homeless cat. She and Xiaohei became very close after that.mShe also has a cousin named A-Gen, a grandpa named Yunfei and an uncle, who all live in the countryside. Xiaobai is often visited by her friend Shanxin and her cat, Huangshou.
