Single working mom, Lori, living in Arizona purchased an investment home in 2006; the value of the house dropped more than 30% by 2009. She was able to get a loan modification but by 2013 she was still under-water. Through hard work an tenacity, Lori was able to get two loan modifications including a principal reduction. She is now back above water but unable to afford the renovations needed to turn a profit on a sale. Lori wrote to Bob Massi for advise on offering the project to an investor who could finance the renovations. Bob breaks down her options.
