三千年前，战神杨戬（韩栋饰）预言人间如遇灭世灾难，唯有将元始圣甲合一的问道者才能救世。东汉年间，狼族建立幽灵皇朝，中原大地受到威胁，仙盟恐其祸乱人间，于是组织闯阵者寻找圣甲，并选出“问道者”以平息灾祸。行事乖张天资聪颖的张陵（佟梦实饰）与好友铁郎（裴子添饰）屡建奇功，在闯阵者中脱颖而出，也赢得仙盟盟主之女菲菲（王秀竹饰）的好感。仙盟大师兄昆仑（赵越饰）因嫉妒张陵，被白芊姫（潘霜霜饰）诱惑堕入魔道，偷袭张陵夺得圣甲而成为伪“问道者”。铁郎发现自己原来的身份竟是狼族首领，在张陵的劝说下，他决定放弃祸乱人间，转而欲带领狼族建立新家园。无法使用圣甲的昆仑为掩饰真相，撕毁协议，偷袭狼族，终被张陵、铁郎等联手击败。张陵发挥圣甲神力，打开玄门，狼族迁往净土，人间重现太平
