Josh has to find his friend a Sheriff guilty of robbing a bank for a woman. Several other bounty hunters are out looking for the sheriff as well, Josh has to get there first.

Josh recherche son ami le shérif Jim Kramer accusé d’avoir volé une banque. Une prime de 300 dollars lancée sur sa tête risque d'attirer après lui tous les chasseurs de primes de la région, d'autant qu'un shérif est une proie inhabituelle. Josh retrouve Kramer mais celui-ci veut aussi retrouver quelqu'un avant de payer pour son crime : Martha Boyd, la femme pour qui il a violé la loi et qui a disparu ensuite avec l'argent...
