Have we just witnessed some DJI Phantom 4 Pro problems pop up or is it still a viable drone in 2026? We'll answer that question plus we have a give away update for you guys... Recently we flew the DJI Phantom 4 Pro and discovered we may have some problems. The last several times we've taken the Phantom 4 Pro (aka Boss Hogg) up in the air, his controller screen has acted really weird. Either the screen will turn green and flicker or there will be a black line fade in and out. Sometimes the entire screen goes black and I have no idea what the drone is looking at. These scenarios are positions you never want to find yourself in as a "serious" drone pilot like myself so I have been wracking my brain trying to figure out what the problem is.
