Welcome to a follow up video from a couple weeks ago regarding the DJI Mini 2 return to home problem revisited. We want to figure out why our DJI Mini 2 drone flies sideways when return to home is activated. Does the drone orientation affect the return to home flight? Well, in this video, we find that out. We went to a park with Jack (our DJI Mini 2) and sent him out on several flights. We then moved the drone orientation to different points (i.e. 9 o’clock, 12 o’clock, 3 o’clock and so on) and hit return to home. Although we may not have discovered an answer as to why our DJI Mini 2 flies back sideways, we did get some real results that could help explain a lot.
