Have you ever tried to fly a Mini 2 in the snow? We were in West Virginia visiting family again this month and there was a snow storm that came through giving us the perfect opportunity to fly a Mini 2 in the snow. It was a brief snow storm and the snow melted away before noon, but it was a heavy snow. We definitely don’t think it’s a good idea to fly a Mini 2 in the snow, but who could turn away a chance like this? We’ve only flown in cold weather once in the past but the snow had already fallen and Jack (our DJI Mini 2 drone) has never felt snow or rain on his props. Well, today, that’s changed and he’s an experienced snow drone.
