I’m not dead yet ???? Why not save a batch of beer by calculating the viability. Viability can help determine if it’s alive enough to be repitched or if it’s time for new yeast. Also keep an eye on the fermentation kinetics as that can also be an indicator for poor performances from yeast generations.
