Mike Rotunda was a professional wrestler best known in the World Wrestling Federation during the 1980s and early 1990s. A skilled technical competitor, he first found success as one half of the U.S. Express alongside Barry Windham, winning the WWF Tag Team Championship, and later also captured tag team gold with Ted DiBiase Sr. He later became widely known for his “IRS” persona, Irwin R. Schyster, and was a regular Madison Square Garden performer across multiple eras of his WWF career.
