孤悬海外的侠客岛，每十年即派出赏善罚恶二使强行邀请武林各大门派掌门人赴岛喝腊八粥。凡不接受邀请的门派皆被二使斩尽杀绝。30年过去又到二使再现江湖的日子，因偶然获得玄铁令而被抢上摩天崖的小乞丐狗杂种，被长乐帮军师贝海石尊为帮主石破天。石破天天性纯朴，憨厚老实，黑白双侠的儿子石中玉与石破天相貌酷似，却天性轻浮，举止潇洒，巧舌如簧，相同的相貌常被人混淆不清，弄出许多误会和冲突。
