He is a teenager who rides around the country on a motorbike with his dog Goliath. Upon encountering a very tough situation, Samson touches both of his bracelets with each other by crossing his wrists and with the magic words, "I need Samson Power" or "Time for Samson Power," upon which he is transformed into the biblical strong-man, and the lad's dog, who responds to the name of Goliath, metamorphoses into a mighty lion.
