El documental JOAQUÍN SOROLLA: LOS VIAJES DE LA LUZ profundiza en los rasgos de modernidad y en el lenguaje que alcanzó su pintura, influido por las vanguardias del transito de siglo, por la fotografía e, incluso, por el incipiente arte cinematográfico. “La instantaneidad y el movimiento que refleja en sus lienzos, cercano a veces a la abstracción, hacen de Sorolla un artista más cercano al Siglo XXI, que a su propia época”, según la directora del documental, Sonia Tercero Ramiro.
