Antonio è un padre solo che vive con sua figlia adolescente. Il suo lavoro da giardiniere non basta più a sostenerli. Così inizia a lavorare come corriere per un caporale della zona, trasportando i braccianti ai campi. Quando uno di questi ragazzi scompare Antonio dovrà scegliere da che parte schierarsi.
