Okitsu Kazuyuki was born March 8, 1980 in Awajishima, Hyogo Prefecture, Japan. He is a voice actor (seiyuu) affiliated with Kekke Corporation since May, 2007. He graduated from Hyogo Kenritsu Sumoto Koutougakkou and afterwards went to the Osaka University of Arts where he graduated from the Department of Art. After graduation he started a career as voice actor and joined RME, where he belonged to until October, 2006. Afterwards he was for a short time freelance before joining Kekke Corporatio
