銀座の老舗バー「BAR 1511」で働くバーテンダー・星野あかり（紫吹淳）。かつて働いていた店に訪れた男性と恋に落ち結婚。二人の子どもを授かるも、夫に先立たれ現在はシングルマザーとして中学1年生の愛菜、小学3年生の大地を女手一つで育てている。 子どもたちに淋しい思いをさせているのは承知しつつも、いずれ独立して自分の店を持ちたいと考えるあかりは、日々、お酒をいかに美味しく飲むかを研究し、オーナーの原田からも一目置かれる存在に。 また、常連さんから一見さんにいたるまでの接客もそつなくこなし、踊るようにシェイカーを振り、『カクテル言葉』を添えてお客さんの悩み相談を解決する彼女は、銀座でも評判となり、今日もあかりを目当てにお客さんが訪れる――
