  • S2019E99 Cobra Kai Season 2 Review

    • April 24, 2019
    • YouTube

Season 2 of YouTube’s Cobra Kai has finally hit online and the team of Josh Macuga, Kristian Harloff and Mark Reilly are here for their SPOILER-filled review of the new season. Led by the returning Ralph Macchio and William Zabka as Daniel and Johnny respectively, the new season also stars Courtney Henggeler, Xolo Maridueña, Tanner Buchanan and Mary Mouser. But the big reveal from last season is that Sensei Kreese Martin Kove, also returns to add even more stakes for Zabka’s Johnny to contend with in his dojo Cobra Kai. Set decades after their 1984 All Valley Karate Tournament bout, middle-aged Daniel LaRusso opens up his own dojo named Miyagi-do to contend with Johnny Lawrence’s own Cobra Kai. The new season shows how the two do-jo’s go against each other, with both Johnny and Daniel leading each faction with their own ideals of Karate. And how does Sensei Kreese figure into the mix? The guys break it all down with their thoughts, what they liked and didn’t like, and how it all sets up an inevitable Season 3.
