معتز أبو العز والشهير باسم (ميزو)، شاب مستهتر ورث عن أبيه ثروة، أنفقها في اللهو و مطاردة الفتيات، مما أدى إلى إفلاسه، يتعرف عن طريق الصدفة على (نفيسة) الفتاة الغنية الساذجة فيحاول أن يستميلها نحوه و يخدعها باسم الحب، لتتصاعد الأحداث.
