Rudy versucht, mit einer Vorführung in der Mall neue Schüler für sein Dojo zu gewinnen, doch er wird von einer angesagten Karate-Mannschaft, den Black Dragons, überrumpelt. Als Rudys reicher Onkel Blake in die Stadt kommt und ihm einen gutbezahlten Job bei seiner Firma, den Circus Town Familien Parks, anbietet, kann Rudy das Angebot nicht ablehnen und die Zukunft seines Dojos und der Wasabi Warriors steht auf dem Spiel.
Rudy leaves the dojo because of a new job that he can't say no to, and Ty and the Black Dragons end up buying it. They demote all the Wasabi Warriors to white belts and the five say good-bye and leave the dojo. When they meet each other again, after three months, they have all grown apart, and Kim has a boyfriend Brett. Ty tells Rudy that in order to gain the dojo back, the two dojos must compete against each other. Milton brings in his Aunt Jillian to get everyone in shape. Later at the tournament, the two dojos are at a tie, and to win the dojo Rudy has to go up against Kofi Kingston. Eventually he beats Kofi, and they win the dojo back. Kim breaks up with Brett telling him she "has feelings for someone else (Jack)". Jack overhears, and the episode ends as Jack and Kim skip practice to go on a date.
Rudy obtient un nouvel emploi et quitte le Dojo. Comme si ça n'était pas assez, Ty rachète le Dojo et le transforme en un Dojo pour les Dragons Noirs...
Rudy opouští dojo kvůli nové práci, které nemůže říci ne, a Ty a Black Dragons ho nakonec koupí. Degradují všechny válečníky Wasabi na bílé pásky a pět se rozloučí a opustí DoJo. Když se znovu setkají, po třech měsících, jsou všichni rozešlí a Kim má přítele Bretta. Ty navrhne Rudymu, že aby získali DoJo zpět, musí obě dojo soutěžit proti sobě. Milton přivádí svoji tetu Jillian, aby dostal všechny do formy. Později na turnaji obě DoJo remizují a aby vyhrálo DoJo, musí Rudy nastoupit proti Kofi Kingstonovi. Nakonec porazí Kofiho a oni vyhrají dojo zpět. Kim se rozejde s Brettem a řekne mu, že „cítí city k někomu jinému (Jack)“. Jack zaslechne a epizoda končí, když Jack a Kim přeskočí trénink na rande.
