The Heat Thing: While exploring the planet Jupiter Jace discovers a molten monster that destroys his ship with a lava bomb. Jace calls for help. Space Ghost and Jan head for Jupiter to rescue Jace. They circle the monster and are hit by a lava bomb. Space Ghost forces the monster back into the lava pit it came from. Jace and Jan use The Phantom Cruiser's heat ray and cold ray to seal the monster in.
While playing with Bronty in the forest, Dino Boy is captured by a pterodactyl. After it is attacked by another pterodactyl, Dino Boy is dropped into Horror Swamp where he is captured by the dreaded Worm People and is then imprisoned within a giant beetle pit. Ugh is able to track him down and rescue they youth before it is too late.
A ship attacks The Omegan Prison and breaks out Zorak. Zorak and his men travel to The Ghost Planet and capture Jace and Jan. Space Ghost arrives at Zorak's fortress. Zorak makes him leave the Phantom Cruiser without his power bands. Space Ghost has to get in a small ship which is attacked by giant bees. Space Ghost maneuvers back to the Phantom Cruiser and puts his power bands back on. Zorak puts Jace and Jan into a time bomb rocket and it blasts off. Space Ghost rescues the twins and reverses the course of the rocket to destroy Zorak's fortress.
Jace, Jan, and Blip crash land on a planet. A giant ape meets them there. They are captured by Giant Bats and taken to the lair of the Creature King. He plans to take over other worlds with his army of monsters. Space Ghost arrives and battles the monsters. Blip knocks out the Creature King with a heavy object. The Creature King escapes with one of his Giant Bats.
Dino Boy is captured and imprisoned by the fearsome Treemen tribe, who plan to sacrifice the youth to their prehistoric vulture gods. The vultures move in for the kill as Ugh puts his rescue plan into effect, causing a large group of wooly mammoths to stampede through the Treemen's habitat. During the rescue, Dino Boy falls into the river below but is rescued by Ugh.
The Lizard Slavers capture Jace and Jan in an energy beam while the twins are investigating a strange planet. The Lizard Slavers hijack ships and sell the passengers as slaves. Space Ghost and Blip arrive in the Phantom Cruiser on inviso power and capture the Lizard Slavers. The Slavers' are then picked up by the Galactic Patrol.
Space Ghost is captured by the Black Widow. Can Jan, Jace, and Blip rescue him before it's too late?
Ugh is captured by a group of sun-worshipers and is to be their sacrifice for their god. Can Dino Boy and Bronty save him from this horrible fate?
Mettalus has just destroyed the planet Beta with his missiles. He is now threatening to do the same to Earth unless they meet his demands. Space Ghost must surrender to Metallus. Can Space Ghost save Earth as a prisoner of Metallus?
A mysterious figure sneaks into Space Ghost's hanger and plants a drone on the Phantom Cruiser. The robot activates a short time later and steals the Phantom Cruiser. Can Space Ghost and the kids stop it?
The Moss Men have captured Dino Boy. Can Ugh save him before he is sacrificed?
People are disappearing in the desert and the local military calls in Space Ghost to investigate the disappearances. Can Space Ghost find the one responsible for the mystery?
The Robot Master: Metallus has contructed a huge robot fleet and takes over Ghost Planet. Can Space Ghost defeat such a numerous foe?
Dino Boy's caveman friend, Ugh, is stung by a poisonous wasp and Dino Boy must go to Mist Island, Land of the Moss Men, to retrieve the herbs needed to cure his friend. Can Dino Boy get the herbs and make it back in time to save Ugh?
Dr. Soonev accidentally creates an energy monster and in his effort to destroy it, he makes it stronger. When he realizes what he has done, he calls in Space Ghost for help.
Jan, Jace, and Blip spot some space hi-jackers. They contact Space Ghost and follow the raider's ship. They get caught. Can Space Ghost make it in time?
Ugh and Dino Boy get separated by a volcanic eruption and Dino Boy winds up in a valley of gigantic insect and the fearsome tribe of giant fire ants. Can Ugh find him in time and save him from the infernal insects?
Brak kidnaps Jan in order to keep Space Ghost from interfering with his activities. Can Space Ghost rescue Jan from the clutches from the crafty criminal?

There are killer insects inside. A magna ray is pulling Space Ghost inside. Jace, Jan, and Blip are captured in a capsule and sent plummeting to Earth. They land in the ocean and are saved by Tom, Tub, Scooby, and Moby Dick. Jace, Jan, and Blip rescue Space Ghost and he destroys the space hive. Zorak captures Jace, Jan, and Blip and places them in the caves of Moltar. Moltar captures Space Ghost and pours molten lava on them.
The Creature King springs his trap. Can Space Ghost and his crew escape the clutches of the Creature King?
Several of Space Ghost's most powerful enemies join and form the Council of Doom. Metallus volunteers to be the first one to eliminate Space Ghost. Can Space Ghost defeat this powerful team of villains?
Space Ghost and the twins escape using Space Ghost's freeze field. They blast out of the cave. Moltar sends out molten fire rockets. Space Ghost destroys them and goes after Moltar. Senso thermal robots capture the twins. Moltar sends Space Ghost and his molten men to the planet Quasar. Space Ghost is freed by the Herculoids. Space Ghost returns and frees the twins. Space Ghost destroys Moltar's caves. On the way back to the Phantom Cruiser Brak captures them in a space cyclone.
Caught in the space cyclone, Space Ghost and the twins are captured by Brak and his men in force beams. Blip escapes and turns off the force beams. Brak teleports Space Ghost and the twins to the Spider-Woman's lair. Spider-Woman throws seed at them and the seeds turn into spider plants. Spider-Woman escapes to Brak's cruiser. Space Ghost follows them to the council headquarters. The Council of Doom uses a negative transtruction ray on Space Ghost hurling him into another dimension.
Space Ghost finds himself in the courtyard of the Sultan of Flames. Chuck, Nancy, and Kaboobie call Shazzan to help Space Ghost. Shazzan sends Space Ghost back to his own dimension. Space Ghost attacks the Council of Doom. The Council of Doom captures Space Ghost and places him in the center of the planet. They plan to use the cosmic energy that will backup in the shaft to destroy Space Ghost. Jace and Jan find Space Ghost and hit his power bands so he can free himself. Space Ghost causes a chain reaction in the planet core and it explodes.
