Day 31: It has now been a month since the survivors have been stranded on Bocas Del Torro, and now only four survivors remain, the former South tribe members; Susannah, Bridget, John and Jonny. Following Dave's departure, it has shown that alliances are stronger than ever, and the odds of winning that £1million pounds have shortened. Susannah putting the experience so far into her own words saying ""I feel a level of satisfaction and contentment that our plan has been entirely successfully"". Nonetheless she's aware that with the departure of the last former-North Islander, the ""game has changed massively"". Food is on the spotlight again, and the day ahead has been planned for them. A day never to be forgotten. This week's reward challenge involves that they must look at themselves in the mirror and guess how much weight they've lost in the month they've spent on the island. Each took a turn to look at themselves and guessed how much they had lost. Bridget was first and guessed 5kg. She
