Promised Land

Schon seit Generationen wird die Erde von Außerirdischen beherrscht: Die letzten überlebenden Menschen arbeiten in Gefangenenlagern. Einigen Gefangenen gelingt unter der Führung von Rebecca die Flucht. Doch das Überleben auf der Erde ist fast unmöglich geworden, da die Aliens jegliche freiwachsende Nahrung vergiftet hatten. Schließlich stoßen die Flüchtlinge auf die Farm einer außerirdischen Familie.

Dlavan (Rene Auberjonois) and his family are Tsal-Khan, offspring of the handful of aliens who remained on Earth after a bitter war of conquest with the human race. Today they live on a tightly guarded farm where they must grow all their own food, since their forebears poisoned all the plants during the war with mankind. Most of the aliens believe that the human race was wiped out in the war, but there is a group of humans in the woods near the farm. This group, is led by Rebecca (Caroline Goodall), escaped from the alien's robot run camps and includes David (Joseph Kell), Ruth (Jane Sowerby) and the mute, orphaned child Tali (Jessica Harmon). They are desperately hungry and have seen their children die from eating poisoned fruit. So, when they spot Dlavan's grandson Ma'al, wandering in the woods, they follow him home to the farm. After they see the well-fed aliens, Rebecca leads the group to raid the farm for food.

Dlavan et sa famille sont des Tsal-Khan, le résultat d'une poignée d'aliens qui sont restés sur terre après une guerre amère de conquêtes avec le genre humain. Aujourd'hui, ils vivent dans une petite ferme gardée, où ils doivent faire pousser leur propre alimentation, depuis que leurs ancêtres ont empoisonné toutes les plantes depuis la dernière guerre. La plupart des aliens pense que la race humaine a été anéantie durant la guerre, mais il y a en réalité un groupe d'humains dans les bois, à côté de la ferme. Ce groupe est dirigé par Rebecca, enfuie d'un camp d'aliens. Afin de survivre, ils prévoient de pénétrer dans la ferme alien... un choix très compliqué et dangereux.

Tras lograr la libertad en "El campo de trabajo" (Temporada 3, Episodio 7), el grupo se dispone a explorar la zona en busca de alimentos y un lugar donde asentarse. Pronto descubrirán que no están solos.
