The story centres around Yutori-chan, a high school girl assigned to a part-time job in the marketing team of a medium-sized toy company called Popuu. There, she deal with the generation gaps that separate her from Tsumekomi-chan and Dankai-san.
Tanaka Yutori é uma garotinha muito fofa que começou a trabalhar meio-período na seção de marketing das empresas Pop. O anime mostra o dia-a-dia de Yutori, como ela é nova na empresa, ela acaba arrumando muita confusão para sua senpai, Tsumekomi, que gosta muito da Yutori, mas que as vezes se irrita pela inocência e inexperiência da garota.
