Die Herrscherin des Phantom Empire startet einen Angriff auf die Erde, mithilfe einer Armee aus Choiarks and Saiarks. Überall auf der Welt, kämpfen Pretty Cure gegen das böse Phantom Empire. Währenddessen im Blue Sky Kingdom: Die Prinzessin Hime Shirayuki trägt ebenso den Namen Cure Princess und wird von Blue dazu aufgefordert, in das Reich von Phantom Empire einzudringen. Er überreicht ihr einen Kristall, der Kristall der Liebe genannt wird, und macht sich auf den Weg in die Menschenwelt. Mithilfe dieses Kristalls, soll sie eine Partnerin finden, die ihr beim Kampf zur Seite steht. Hime lässt den Zufall entscheiden, indem sie den Kristall in die Luft wirft um zu sehen auf wem er landet. Dieser landet zufällig auf Megumi Aino und sie wird kurz darauf zu Cure Lovely.
Mit der Macht der PreCards und ihren wechselnden Formen, versuchen sie nun das Phantom Empire aufzuhalten.
The ruler of the evil Phantom Empire (幻影帝国 Gen'ei Teikoku), Queen Mirage, begins her invasion on Earth using an army of Choiarks and powerful monsters called Saiarks. All across the world, Pretty Cures are dispatched to fight against the Phantom Empire threat. Hime Shirayuki, a princess from the Blue Sky Kingdom (ブルースカイ王国 Burū Sukai Ōkoku), which was taken over by the Phantom Empire, joins the fight as a Pretty Cure named Cure Princess, but always finds herself running away scared.
Given a Crystal of Love by the Spirit of Earth, Blue, and told to seek out a partner to fight alongside her, Hime goes to the city of Pikarigaoka (ぴかりが丘) and randomly throw the crystal in the air, deciding to partner up with whoever it lands upon. This person turns out to be Megumi Aino, a kind-hearted girl always looking to help others, who is recruited by Hime to fight by her side as Cure Lovely. Using the power of the PreCards and their changing forms, alongside Cure Honey and Cure Fortune, they form the HappinessCharge Pretty Cure team as they are given the task to collect all of the PreCards and defend the Earth against the Phantom Empire.

HappinessCharge Precure est la 11ème saison de la saga d'animation Pretty Cure.
La Terre est envahie par le "Phantom Empire" dirigé par la Queen Mirage qui souhaite détruire l'amour et le bonheur afin de plonger le monde dans la tristesse. Partout dans le monde, les Precures se battent contre ses armées de Saiarks et de Choiarks.
Himelda Window Cure Queen of the Blue Sky, aussi appelée Hime Shirayuki, est une de ces Precures. Après la destruction de son royaume, elle tente, sous le nom de Cure Princess, de repousser les attaques de l'empire sur la ville de Pikarigaoka mais fini toujours par s'enfuir à cause de son manque de courage. A la recherche d'une partenaire elle fait la rencontre de Megumi Aino une jeune fille fan des Precure, toujours prête à aider les autres, parfois un peu maladroitement et pleine d'énergie. Cette dernière devient Cure Lovely, afin de protéger la ville avec Hime et la fée Ribbon. Leur objectif est de récolter toutes les PreCards afin de pouvoir réaliser "leur plus grand vœu" mais aussi de se rapprocher de la mystérieuse Cure Fortune qui semble beaucoup en vouloir à Hime...
サイアークに侵略されたブルースカイ王国の王女・ひめは、地球の神様・ブルーにプリキュアとして戦うよう命じられた。しかし、いざ変身しても逃げるばかり。ブルーから勧められプリキュアの仲間探しのために投げた愛の結晶は、愛乃めぐみに当たってしまう！
在遭受「幻影帝國」進攻的地球裏，光之美少女是世人共知的存在，人們不時從新聞了解各小隊為了自己的所屬國家戰鬥。成為最壞獸攻擊目標的「藍天王國」公主白雪姬，在一次侵略中逃亡到日本的光之丘地區，過程中遇見了地球的守護神「蔚藍」。蔚藍賜予她成為光之美少女的使命，不過孤僻的小姬對於這份使命極為恐懼，在一次次的戰鬥中選擇逃避。
蔚藍於是再給予小姬一份稱之為「愛的結晶」的力量，讓她能夠尋找命運中的同伴。怕生的公主衷心想交到朋友，卻不知道如何運用結晶，結果只想着「這個砸到的人就是我的朋友！」就把它丟了出去。就這樣，竟然砸中了人生中第一個朋友與夥伴－愛乃惠。
