Caillou

Groß werden ist alles andere als leicht. Caillou kann ein Lied davon singen. Er ist gerade vier Jahre alt geworden und weiß, was es heißt, wenn man die Welt und damit jeden Tag etwas Neues entdeckt. Da stellen sich dann so spannende Fragen wie: Was macht man, wenn man Angst vor einem Gewitter hat? Oder wenn man nicht mehr schlafen kann, weil man schlecht geträumt hat? Wie bekommt man Kater Gilbert von dem hohen Baum herunter? Wieso müssen manche Hunde arbeiten, und warum können einen manche Kinder nicht hören? Wie ist es in der Schule, und was passiert, wenn das Auto unterwegs kaputt geht? Caillou will alles wissen. Egal, ob er dazu Mami, Papi, Omi oder Opi Löcher in den Bauch fragen muss. Der kleine Kerl ist unermüdlich. Nur die zweijährige Schwester Rosie kann ihn manchmal aus der Fassung bringen. Etwa wenn sie gerade schläft und Caillou dann muscksmäuschen still sein soll. Oder er gar den Babysitter für Rosie spielen muss. In solchen anstrengenden Situationen helfen dem neugierigen Knirps seine besten Freunde: Kater Gilbert, Teddy, der Bär und Rex, der Dinosaurier. Die Serie basiert auf den gleichnamigen Büchern, die 1987 ihren Siegeszug durch Kinderzimmer weltweit angetreten haben.

This show is about the life of a young bald boy named Caillou, his family and his friends. It is based on the books by Christine L'Heureux and Helene Despeteaux, which is highly popular in the Quebec area in Canada. There are actually two versions of the show. The first version premiered in late 1997, is only 5 minutes in length, consists of 65 episodes, and is fully animated. The plot line of this version is that a grandmother reads her grandchildren a Caillou book. While this version enjoys success in some countries outside the US, it was never formally aired in the US. The second version, which premiered in late 2000, has the show extended to 30 minutes, and has puppets, music and live action segments thrown in. The animation parts, however, are a mixture of the first version of the show with the "grandma reading to kids" part of the story lopped off and some new stories (however, Season 3 no longer contains animation parts from the first version of the show).

Kanadalainen sarja perustuu kirjoihin, jotka on kirjoittanut Christine L'Heureux ja kuvittanut Hélène Desputeaux.

La primera, emitida desde 1998, consistía en 65 episodios de cinco minutos cada uno. La segunda, en episodios de 30 minutos que incluyen elementos fantásticos.

كايو (بالإنجليزية: Caillou)‏ مسلسل رسوم متحركة كندي عُرِضَ لأول مرة في 15 سبتمبر 1997 واستمر عرضه حتى 3 أكتوبر 2010. دُبلِجَ المسلسل للغة العربية وعرض على قناة براعم للأطفال.

Jmenuji se Kája a jsem čtyřletý klučina, kterého ze všeho nejvíc baví prozkoumávat okolní svět. Hned, jak se ráno probudím, vyskočím na nohy a vydám se na dobrodružný průzkum. V kuchyni už na mě čekají moji milovaní rodiče a nejlepší kamarádka Rosie, se kterou se skvěle hraje třeba na indiány. Někdy ji sice trochu zlobím, ale nakonec se vždycky udobříme. Sotva si sednu ke stolu, už mi vyskočí na klín kocour Gilbert. Trochu žárlí na moje oblíbené hračky – medvídka Edu a dinosaura Rexyho, ale když mu dám mlíčko, všechno se spraví. Snídaně už končí a já jdu poznávat svět, který je každý den úplně jiný. Když se ke mně připojíte, určitě nebudete litovat. Slibuju!
