父親矇豬眼是擁有傳統中國思想的大男人，為人挑剔，凡事容易看不過眼，在家中總要手執話事權；兒子蝦仔從外國留學回港，思想西化，講求平等自由，二人經常鬥嘴。父子二人似是格格不入，但心中卻又十分關心對方。 蝦仔與女友阿珍感情要好，不過珍母大白鯊十分潑辣，經常與矇豬眼鬥氣，鬧出不少笑話。而蝦仔被夾在大白鯊與矇豬眼之間，每每左右做人難。
