In pursuit of her ex-boyfriend, popular, attractive, and wealthy socialite Elle Woods, enrolls in Harvard Law school. Ostracized for her bubbly personality and taken for granted by everyone she meets, Elle must overcome the preconceived bias of her fellow law students in order to win back her love and prove that her intellect is the ultimate asset.
Elle Woods wants her Chihuahua (dog), Bruiser, to reunite with his mother, because she would like Bruiser's mom to attend her wedding to Emmett. Elle hires a detective to find Bruiser's mother, only to discover that the owner of her dog's mother is C'est Magnifique, a cosmetics company that Animal testing. She finds out that her law firm represents the C'est Magnifique Corporation and when she urges the firm to drop them as a client, she's fired.
Starting in the United Kingdom, Isabelle "Izzy" (Rebecca Rosso) and Annabelle "Annie" Woods (Camilla Rosso) are introduced as clever twin girls with a love for pink like their cousin, Elle Woods. They and their widowed father move to Southern California to stay in Elle's home; Elle is now a successful lobbyist in Washington, D.C. Awaiting the girls are a pair of Chihuahua (dog) dogs, who are the nephews of Elle's chihuahua Bruiser. Their giddiness is cut short, however, when they find out they are going to attend Pacific Preparatory, Elle's alma mater, a private school requiring uniforms.
