After a cybercriminal nearly crashes the global financial markets, a notorious convicted blackhat hacker is recruited to join a US-Chinese task force bent on stopping any more attacks. However, as they attempt to identify and capture the individual behind the cyber attacks, the hacker discovers that his own code has been used to perpetrate these crimes. As the team races across the globe, no one is sure what the end game of this ruthless cybercriminal might actually be.
