Shimizu Mei was born June 3, 1990 in Tokyo, Japan. She is a voice actress (seiyuu) currently affiliated with Blossom Entertainment (formerly with Space Craft). She also played the role of Yotsuba Satsuki in the live-action movie of Mahou Sensei Negima.
