Dr. Jill Tracy Jacobs Biden (née Jacobs, formerly Stevenson) is an American educator who is the First Lady of the United States designate and was Second Lady of the United States from 2009 to 2017. She is married to Joe Biden, the 46th President of the United States. She will be the first ever Italian American to become First Lady.
