Keont'e Collins (a.k.a. Vic Phono) was born on January 1, 1998 in New Haven, Connecticut, USA. With his talents, he started his own little organization that would soon evolve to what is now known as Perfect Timing TV. Since starting it, he would interview people of the community and even some celebrities such as rapper Dean Frost and actor Edward Dirgo.
