天野アイ（西野七瀬）が渡した古雑誌のデートマニュアルに沿って、憧れの柴原奈々美（飯豊まりえ）を映画に誘った弄内翔（野村周平）。“シナリオの勉強”という名目ではあるものの返事はOK。アイも自分のことのように喜んだ。
翔と奈々美の映画デートの日。翔は頭に叩き込んだマニュアル通りの会話をするが、緊張でぎこちない。一方“いつも翔のそばにいること”が役割のアイは、翔に内緒で2人の後を追うが、途中で見失ってしまう。そんな中、偶然、古矢智章（清水尋也）に遭遇する。智章は親が離婚したばかりの翔を心配していた。そして2人で叶えたい夢をアイに打ち明ける。
映画を見終えた翔と奈々美は、それぞれの感想を言い合ううちに、いいムードになっていく。後日実現した2度目の映画デートでは「弄内くんと話すの楽しい」とまで言われ、奈々美の古矢智章への気持ちを知りつつも、翔は喜びを隠せない。果たして、翔の想いは届くのか！？
