The Part Two of the Overcoming Short-lived Resolutions Project. The members meet the masters of home fitness who are from a globally popular channel called Allblanc TV. Along with Masters James, Ryo, and Louis, the members start the Global At-home Workout Project and learn many different exercises that can be done at home.
