This account of the early years of WWII covers the early successes of the Axis powers as they dominate every foe they face. It started in 1939 when Germany signed a nonaggression pact with Russia, take over Poland, and then quickly invade and take over Belgium, Holland, and France. Then, despite their pact, the Nazis turn on Russia and are soon at the gates of Moscow. Japan is also covered as they lay waste to the U.S. fleet at Pearl Harbor in order to continue their expansion in the Far East.
