張麗紗Yeesa（吳海昕 飾），2月29日出生的平凡少女。2017年，Yeesa於2月28日為自己慶祝生日，在11時59分一刻，竟然穿越時空，來到天寒地凍的北海道，過程中遇上和她未來命脈相連的兩個男人－馬智浩Ryan（徐天佑 飾）與余家聰（劉俊謙 飾），兩個香港男生都不約而同地聲稱與她相識。24小時過去，Yeesa穿越回到香港，現實卻只過了一秒鐘。Yeesa發現自己的穿越能力不由自主，而她竟然在現實裡重新認識Ryan及家聰……命運的齒輪在靜靜地轉動著……
